About the Role

As an Account Executive, you will own the full sales cycle for our Gen 3 manufacturing platform or our contract manufacturing services. You will close high-value deals by guiding prospects from initial discovery through proposal, negotiation, and contract execution.

This is a quota-carrying role focused on revenue generation. You will work with qualified pipeline generated by BDRs and outbound efforts, while also building your own strategic opportunities.

Our offerings combine robotics hardware, manufacturing infrastructure, software orchestration, and AI-driven optimization. You must be comfortable selling complex, technical solutions in consultative, multi-stakeholder environments.

This is a full-time remote role.

What You'll Do

  • Own the full sales cycle from qualified lead to signed agreement.
  • Run discovery calls to understand customer needs, constraints, and decision processes.
  • Deliver tailored presentations and demos for Gen 3 platform leasing or contract manufacturing solutions.
  • Develop pricing proposals and commercial structures in collaboration with leadership.
  • Manage contract negotiation and close processes.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and disciplined pipeline management.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to scope technical feasibility when required.
  • Partner with Customer Success and Operations to ensure smooth onboarding post-close.
  • Consistently hit or exceed revenue targets.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience as a closing B2B sales professional.
  • Experience selling technical, enterprise, or hardware-enabled solutions preferred.
  • Strong consultative selling skills and comfort navigating multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Ability to articulate complex technical systems clearly and confidently.
  • Disciplined pipeline and forecast management.
  • High agency and accountability for revenue outcomes.
  • Comfort operating in an early-stage, fast-moving environment.
  • Actively leverages modern AI tools to accelerate research, proposal creation, and deal strategy.
  • Nice-to-haves: manufacturing, robotics, CPG, or industrial technology experience.
